The Equine Experts is a proud member of The American Society of Equine Appraisers (ASEA).
The
ASEA is an organization of appraisal professionals and other parties interested in the appraisal profession. The ASEA
was founded in 1985, and is the nation's only appraisal association exclusively for horse appraisers. The ASEA
is a division of the American Society of Agricultural Appraisers (ASAA) which is comprised of three divisions (The American
Society of Equine Appraisers, The International Society of Livestock Appraisers and The American Society of Farm Equipment
Appraisers). The ASEA is diligent in its efforts to uphold the Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
These standards are endorsed and used by professional real estate and personal property appraisers nationwide. Hiring an accredited
personal property appraiser who complies with USPAP standards, you are assured of the best valuation experience on the market
because certified appraisers bring knowledge of the market and professional expertise to the job. Certified appraisers
are accurate impartial and credible. They are educated and experienced in their fields and can deliver independent valuations
that ensure your property is appraised at its actual value. Our certified appraisers work with horses on a daily basis,
Whether training, showing, breeding, appraising, purchasing or selling, the horse business is not a sideline or a source
of extra income, it is a way of life which is taken very seriously.
The
accreditation and subsequent certification by the America Society of Equine Appraisers (ASEA), is predicated on their experience,
technical appraisal proficiency, intensive written examinations and an underlying understanding of fundamental appraisal ethics,
principles and concepts. All appraisers possess relevant equine experience, education, skill and integrity.
The Equine Experts is certified by the American Society of Agricultural Appraisers (ASAA) and all our appraisers
hold certifications from the American Society of Equine Appraisers (ASEA). All appraisers comply with Uniform
Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and Interntal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations. The horses
industry produces goods and services of over $39 billion annually, and has a total impact of over $102 billion on the U.S.
Gross National Product. The industry's contribution to the U.S. Gross Domestic Product is greater than the motion picture
services, railroad transportation, furniture/fixtures, and tobacco manufacturing. ISN’T
